Growing up in the small mountain village of Verdings in South Tyrol/Italy, my path led me via Innsbruck to Zurich and on to Tarasp. Here - in the Grisons mountains - I can recharge my batteries, find inspiration and draw on the wisdom of nature.

Painting and writing were already important to me in my youth.

Back then, it was to explore the everyday questions of life, to provide answers to the youthful search, but also to get to know myself better.

A drastic illness diagnosis in my late 20s made intuitive painting and writing even more important.

Here I found my personal way of dealing with the health challenges, expressing the inexpressible, processing the overwhelming feelings, finding insights and continuing to face life. 

​

I work as an intuitive process facilitator with a focus on grief counseling and trauma therapy in my own practice, organizing rituals and time-outs.
